Terms for reports & administrative work

How our fees are set

The fees listed on this page are based on current private practice standards in Malta.

Fees may vary depending on the complexity of the request, the time required to complete the work, and the clinical judgment of the treating specialist.

Administrative services, medical reports, letters, applications and other documentation are not included within the consultation fee and are charged separately.

Payment & turnaround

All requests for reports, letters, applications and other administrative documentation must be paid in full before the requested work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed, reports and administrative documents are completed within 5–10 working days from receipt of payment and all necessary information. Urgent requests may be accommodated where possible and may incur an additional priority fee.

Clinical discretion

The clinic determines the appropriate type of report or documentation required, based on the clinical circumstances.

Additional fees may apply where extensive review of medical records, liaison with third parties, or significant administrative work is required. Should further clarification or amendments be requested after a report has been issued, these may be subject to additional charges.

These fees reflect the professional time and expertise required to prepare accurate clinical documentation and to maintain the standard of care our patients expect.

A note about our pricing

At Prijorità, people and their wellbeing always come first.

We choose to openly display our services and prices because we believe that every person seeking care deserves clarity, transparency and peace of mind. We want our clients and their families to understand the services available to them and to be aware of the associated costs before making any decisions about their care.

Displaying our prices is not about putting a monetary value on care. It is about being open and respectful towards the people who place their trust in us.

We understand that seeking support — particularly for mental health, wellbeing or ongoing medical needs — can sometimes feel overwhelming. The last thing we want is for anyone to feel uncertain or surprised by costs along the way.

Our aim is to provide compassionate, ethical and transparent care, where every person feels listened to, respected and supported.

At Prijorità, care comes first. Transparency is simply part of how we care.
