At Prijorità, reception is more than a front desk. It is often the first point of contact for someone seeking support and plays an important role in ensuring every client feels welcomed, respected and at ease.
We are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to become the welcoming face and organisational backbone of our specialist mental health clinic.
The role
You will help ensure the clinic's day-to-day operations run smoothly, efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will include supporting client enquiries, managing appointments and communications, and assisting with general administrative coordination.
As this position involves regular contact with clients and access to sensitive information, professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and sound judgement are essential.

- Able to communicate confidently in both Maltese and English
- Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- In possession of ECDL/ICDL certification
- Warm and approachable while maintaining professional boundaries
- A clear and professional communicator, both in person and in writing
- Able to manage different priorities without losing attention to detail
- Reliable and comfortable working within established procedures and structures
- Available to work 40 hours per week on a shift basis, covering mornings and afternoons
- Flexible and willing to work until early evening, up to 7:00 p.m., when required
Previous experience in healthcare, mental health, administration or another client-facing environment would be considered an advantage. However, attitude, reliability and the ability to treat people with kindness, sensitivity and respect are equally important.
