Psychotherapy Service

Psychotherapy
with a warranted therapist in Malta.

Talking therapy for children, adolescents and adults, offered in a safe, empathetic and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.

What psychotherapy can help with

Our psychotherapists work with clients across the lifespan and with a diverse range of presenting concerns. These include:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress
  • Trauma
  • Grief and loss
  • Self-esteem difficulties
  • Relationship challenges
  • Emotional regulation
  • Neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism
  • Life transitions

You do not need a formal diagnosis or a referral to begin. Therapy is shaped around the individual rather than following a fixed programme, and the pace is yours.

How we work

A collaborative relationship

Change is fostered through the working relationship between client and therapist, not delivered to you. Sessions aim to build self-awareness, personal growth and meaningful change, at a pace that belongs to you.

Part of a wider team

Some people benefit from psychotherapy alone. Others have needs that call for input from other professionals. As part of Prijorità's multidisciplinary model, psychotherapy can form part of a wider care pathway where clinically appropriate, including psychiatric care or an ADHD assessment.
